The NLV-13F is ideal for SD, HD, 3G-SDI video signals as well as ASI (Transport Stream). It is most commonly used in large or distributed video installations where different parts of the system are powered from separate sources. The isolator transmits the video signal while blocking unwanted voltages caused by potential differences between devices powered, for example, from a generator and the mains. An additional advantage of the NLV-13F is the protection it provides to the inputs and outputs of video equipment against damage resulting from these potential differences. The device comes in a compact housing with 75 Ω BNC connectors. Its dimensions and specially designed mounting flange allow easy installation in standard 19” panels with D-type XLR cutouts.
