Core SWX CXV-TS-VRAP The Core SWX CXV-TS-VRAP connects to the v-mount of the DSMC3 Raptor to allow you to attach two V-mount battery packs(full size, mini or micro) to the rear of the camera. Different from some other plates, the all-aluminum build of this plate makes it feel like part of the camera. The build quality is next level and we have added some new features on this plate we’ve never done before. Since the Raptor outputs are found on the rear of the camera, this hotswap allows you to slide out the right side mount plate to the proper depth so as to not block the inputs and outputs of the Raptor camera. The set screw then locks the positioning in place allowing you to accommodate any size battery packs. A storage slot with magnetic hold keeps the allen key in place to reposition at any time. Choose between discharging both battery packs at the same time equally or one and then the other. To draw from both batteries equally, switch the button to the “I I” setting. When the switch is in the “I+I” setting, it will draw power from the camera operator side battery first, and then move to the other. Either way you choose, you can still hot swap batteries to keep continuous power going to your camera and accessories. All mode changes should be done prior to camera startup. The switch is deactivated once power is being drawn from the plate. Core SWX Helix retrofit V-mount plates for Teradek MAX transmitters SKU: HLX-TK-V Core SWX’s Helix retrofit plates for Teradek MAX transmitters allows you to mount the Teradek transmitter in-line with Helix V-Mount on-board battery power while maintaining high voltage throughput to the camera. Current Teradek MAX TX’s only support 14v battery systems. The Helix retrofit V-mount plates provide a solder-less, interconnect solution to exchange the current V plates, for Helix V battery mount plates. As the MAX TX’s can only accept up to 28v, there is a limitation for in-line usage of the transmitters in high voltage camera builds. The Helix retrofit plates provide a safe and secure power pass through to the high voltage accepting camera while providing a DC 12v 2pin connection to safely power the Teradek MAX transmitter. To complete the conversion you must unscrew the two plates on the MAX transmitter and disconnect the power pass through(yellow 2pin connector) and transmitter power connector(red 2pin connector). Core SWX HLX-TB-SFF The HLX-TB-SFF is a B-mount to B-mount sharkfin plate that accepts HELIX B-mount battery packs. When two HELIX battery packs are on-board the adapter will output 20-34vdc with one pack or two. To insure there is enough power in one of the packs to facilitate a hotswap either stagger the packs when in discharge(start operating with one pack on, and then place another pack on after 10min. of usage) or exchange one of the depleted packs off the hotswap mount when 10% is remaining.
