This Riser Plate when combined with the ARCA Base Plate is compatible with any bridge plate that uses ARRI Standard height. Utilizing the built-in ARCA system, it allows for quick transitions between Steadicam, shoulder, or tripod workflows with Wooden Camera ARCA accessories.
Two 3/8”-16 screws allow the plate to fasten to the bottom of the camera, and two pins incorporated into the base plate prevent the riser plate from twisting for a more secure connection. Four rod clamps– two on either side of the riser plate– provide powerful friction to prevent torque and rotation from your lens motors. The Riser Plate facilitates an open design allowing efficient airflow to the camera.
