The Speed Booster ULTRA has a magnification of 0.71x, and so it effectively reduces the crop factor of mirrorless cameras with DX-sized sensors and Super35 camcorder, such as Sony E-mount, Fuji X-mount cameras Sony FS7 MARKII, from 1.5x to 1.07x.  However, the new ULTRA design makes very effective use of exotic materials at the furthest limit of glassmaking technology, and as a result is well corrected for use with virtually all full-frame SLR/Prime lenses regardless of exit pupil distance. Wooden Camera Fujifilm X Mount to PL Mount AdapterSKU: A00020 Fujifilm X Mount to PL Mount Adapter is a shimmable version of our ARRI PL lens mount adapter that enables mounting of ARRI PL mount lenses onto the Fujifilm X mount cameras. Mount includes a DSLR foot with 1/4"-20 threaded hole for attaching to a tripod eliminating strain on the camera. The foot can also attach directly to the front of the Unified DSLR Cage (Small) by two included screws. ARRI PL Cap included to prevent dust from entering the sensor area when lens is not attached. The Fuji X Mount to ARRI PL Mount Adaptor features a matte black paint on the inside to absorb more light. Additionally, you’ll find a new stainless steel X mount on the back. If you are using the Fujifilm X Mount to PL Mount Adapter without a camera cage, you can use the included DSLR Foot to attach directly to the bottom of your camera and lens mount. This allows all the weight to be transferred from the lens mount to the bottom of the camera to avoid any flexing or damage that could occur when using heavier lenses. In our factory, we set the flange focus using collimation tools. You only need to adjust the shims should you find that your camera is out of calibration. The adapter is shimmable by loosening six socket cap screws around the collar area, separating the two sections, and adding color coded shims of various thickness. Back focus should be checked using collimation tools or a wide lens focused to infinity.
