The 8Sinn Riser Plate II is designed to be combined with the included 8Sinn 15mm Baseplate and the 8Sinn Arca Swiss Plate, which is created specifically for it. All these products combined together form a set that is the base for the camera and allows quickly releasing and switching to handheld shooting. The Arca Swiss Plate is precisely shaped on the inside to be aligned with the safety locks on the Riser Plate II - there is a release pin on one side and a lever on the other. Thanks to this, when these items are connected, they’re secured from both sides. The long slot in the middle of the Arca Swiss Plate gives the ability of connecting it to a camera cage in ways adjusted to the threaded openings on the cage with the help of 1/4“ or 3/8“ mounting screws which are supplied. The 8Sinn 15mm Baseplate has two 32mm Arri Rosettes and 15mm rod openings. On the bottom, there are dovetail guide rails. Thus, the set can be connected with the 8Sinn 10" Arri Dovetail Plate and mounted on a tripod head. This makes a great solution for more complex camera rigs.

Baseline 15mm LW (Sony FS5, Panasonic EVA1, VariCam LT, VariCam 35 Baseplate) is a baseplate that holds 15mm lightweight rods at the correct distance from the center of the lens on the listed cameras.
ARRI dovetail slot on the bottom attaches to the included Baseline ARRI Dovetail or other ARRI standard dovetails using a top-load locking mechanism. Loosen the thumbscrew and push the silver button on the operator's side to release the baseplate from the ARRI dovetail. To reattach, drop down and listen for the pop to know it has engaged. Adjust the position on the ARRI dovetail, then lock the ratcheting thumbscrew.
Baseline ARRI Dovetail is the included lower ARRI mounting plate which can attach to tripod plates using 1/4-20 or 3/8-16 screws or ARRI standard bridgeplates with centered or offset screw spacing.
ARCA dovetail slot on top holds the included ARCA Dovetail and can be top-loaded, or installed from the back by sliding in. When sliding in from the back, a safety pin will engage with a pop when properly installed. Adjust the position, then lock the ratcheting thumbscrew. Top-loading can be achieved by loosening the thumbscrew, pulling out on the ratcheting knob, and turning the thumbscrew until ARCA clamp has opened fully. Reverse the process to tighten.
Center screw slot on ARCA Dovetail accepts 1/4-20 and 3/8-16 mounting screws, and a vertical rod hole clamps included 1/4-20 lens support posts for adaptors like Metabones, etc.
Rod Bracket (15mm LW)(sold separately) can be attached to the back of the baseplate for rear 15mm LW rod support.
