The Aputure Lantern 90 is an omnidirectional soft light modifier spanning 90cm or 3 feet in diameter. Building upon the same design as the classic Aputure Lantern, the Lantern 90 pairs the same quick-build system with an even larger surface area to provide an even softer volumetric lighting solution. At 90cm, the Lantern 90 has the same diameter as Aputure’s Light Dome II modifier, with even more diffused surface area, allowing the Lantern to instantly light up large spaces. The lantern design also remains one of the fastest soft light modifiers to set up, making it perfect for fast-paced shoots, whether used as a key light or an ambient fill light. The Lantern 90 also matches the original Lantern by being one of the only omnidirectional modifiers on the market to include a fully adjustable hook-and-loop fabric light control skirt, making eliminating light spill incredibly simple.
With its Bowens Mount, the Lantern pairs well with the high output Point Source lights, like the Aputure LS 600d Pro, as well as all of Aputure’s other Bowens Mount lighting fixtures, including the LS C300d II, LS 300x, and LS C120d II.

Aputure’s Chip‐on‐Board LEDs shine because of their versatility, and ability to create hard or soft light simply by using different lighting modifiers. With the recent release of the Fresnel 2X and the Spotlight Mount, for intensifying and shaping hard light, we decided it was time to introduce an easier way to shape your soft light too.
The Aputure Lantern is one of our fastest soft light modifiers yet. This spherical softbox can pop open and be ready to use in mere seconds. As filmmakers, you need to move fast, and your lighting shouldn’t get in your way. With the Lantern will you’ll be able to produce soft even light wherever your shoots may take you.
Even, Omnidirectional Light
Light up the entire room. By utilizing a 26” spherical design, the Lantern spreads the light from your LED or Studio Stobe in all directions with a 270° beam angle. Now you can fill an entire space with soft, even light with just a single light source.
The Art of Control
To create cinematic depth, you need to be able to control your light, so we wanted to take the spherical lantern design one step further. The Aputure Lantern is one of the only spherical softboxes on the market with a 4‐section fully adjustable light control skirt. By using a hook‐and‐loop design, the removable skirts can attach in any position, to quickly and precisely control your soft light. You can roll the skirt up or down to flag off unwanted light.

With its tension‐based quick release design, the Lantern can be set up or broken down in just a few seconds, allowing you to set up fewer lights, faster. Designed for the Light Storm COB fixtures, the Space Light attachment can be used to create a wide-spread light source that is soft, efficient, and optimally distributed. Equipped with a premium nylon made from the same materials used in parachutes. Yes, parachutes. The Aputure Space Light is incredibly durable. Compact but efficient – measuring at 28.5′′ in height and 18.1′′ in width, the Space Light adds rich volume to your light source while diffusing it evenly. The Space Light is malleable – equipped with a detachable reflector and skirt, it provides more options for directional control of your light output. You can also control the length of the skirt, giving you full control of your light. The Space Light is easy and intuitive to set up and fold down. With its lightweight and compact design, the Space Light makes it easy to create a stunning and even light source capable of following you wherever you go. The Space Light is versatile – it is compatible with our entire Light Storm COB Series, and also works with any light equipped with a Bowens mount.

Filmmakers from around the world loved the light’s capabilities, but we knew we could enhance the light even more. So we listened and went back to the drawing board. Powered by user feedback, the new and improved Aputure 300d Mark II is 20% brighter, more durable, more portable, and more intelligent than the original 300d. Change the way you light.
Even More Output
By utilizing the latest in Aputure COB LED technology, the 300d Mark II outputs a whopping 20% more light than its predecessor. When combined with the Fresnel 2X, the 300d Mark II can produce up to 80,000 lux, approaching the luminance of a 575W HMI. And as always, the 5500K‐balanced 300d Mark II maintains impeccable color fidelity with CRI and TLCI ratings of 96+ and 97+ respectively.
A More Robust Lamp Head
The 300d Mark II also introduces new design features, while maintaining the same form factor and lightweight aircraft aluminum body as the original 300d. The new yoke allows for 360° of rotation, and when combined with the handbrake locking mechanism from the 120d Mark II, you’ll be able to mount the light in any position, with any modifier.
A Revolutionary Redesign
But the real advancement is in the complete redesign of the control box. By utilizing Aputure’s fan‐less heatsink design, the 300d Mark II’s All‐in‐One control box is now completely silent. Composed of a durable aluminum alloy, with a new concealed antenna and military‐grade paracord strap, the control box is ready to withstand the rigor of any film set. The 300d Mark II control box is also the first product to utilize Aputure’s new quick release plate and clamp system, allowing you to firmly secure it on any stand, truss, or speed rail.
Power Solutions for Indie Filmmakers
The 300d Mark II can produce its maximum output by using two high capacity V‐Mount or Gold Mount batteries, but it also features new technology that allows you to power the light with a single battery at up to half output.* You can use this light anywhere your filmmaking takes you.
The included 6m NEUTRIK® cable provides the 300d II with a sturdy power connection and allows you the convenience of not having to grab a stinger to power your light. And now, by utilizing a standard 3m male‐to‐female 5‐pin XLR, you can easily replace the header cable in a pinch. An optional 7.5m 5‐pin XLR is also available, letting you keep your control box within arm’s reach while giving you the ability to rig your light anywhere you want, from a menace arm to a tall goalpost rig.

Aputure LS 600D Pro
The Aputure LS 600D Pro is the latest and brightest flagship light in the Aputure Light Storm COB product line. Its immensely bright 600W COB LED output positions the 600d Pro as one of the brightest point source LEDs on the market. With only a 720W Max Power Draw, this light is able to approach the brightness of 1200W HMIs at only a fraction of their total energy consumption, allowing you to power more than one from a single household circuit. In addition, the 600d Pro takes advantage of the lower power consumption requirements of LEDs compared to hot lights, allowing it to draw power from both V & Gold Mount cinema batteries. Its multi voltage battery plates make it compatible with 14.4V, 26V, and 28.8V batteries, for a wide variety of power options. The 600d Pro’s battery plates also include revolutionary charging functionality, giving the LS 600d Pro the ability to refill batteries when plugged into AC power between scenes. The control box is also capable of accepting 48V (15A) DC power via 3 pin XLR, allowing it to be powered via external battery power stations or block batteries. Its immensely powerful RGBWW LED chipset is capable of 600W of total output, positioning the LS 600c Pro as one of the brightest full-color point-source light fixtures on the market and as having the highest wattage RBGWW chipset in any point-source LED for filmmaking. And with its Bowens Mount compatibility, the LS 600c Pro is uniquely positioned as one of the most adaptable fixtures on the market. With the included LS 600 Series Hyper Reflector, the LS 600c Pro can output 4,150+ lux at 3 meters, and as a Bowens Mount fixture, when paired with the BM1215 Hyper Reflector*, it can even output 17,480+ lux at the same distance.
